Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States only using USPS.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MoonlitFit is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
Report damage within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
